Colleen Davies is a graduate of the Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy, Halifax NS, class of 1994. Colleen completed her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2004. In 2009, she became Certified in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (CGIMS). Colleen has practiced Physiotherapy in the Victoria area for 25 years. She enjoys treating people of all ages and a full range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, women’s health and sports injuries. She draws from her training and experience in joint mobilization, manipulation, IMS, soft tissue release and exercise prescription to provide comprehensive treatment for her clients. Colleen has taken numerous post graduate courses and has been involved with teaching fourth year medical students at UVic. She loves maintaining a healthy active lifestyle and being involved in the Peninsula community where she has raised her family over the past 21 years.

Ingrid is a South African trained musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who relocated to the beautiful city of Victoria from Cape Town in March 2021. She completed her Physiotherapy Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. Shortly after graduating she completed a post-graduate course in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy which set her on a path of learning and exploration to gain expertise in the treatment of cervical, lumbar and shoulder injuries. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through her involvement in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries over the past 20 years. It is of utmost importance to her to provide patients with the highest quality of care available for their specific needs. Prioritizing a thorough assessment, quality hands on treatment and individualized rehab programmes. Sarai has been an RMT since early 2010. She was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia and graduated from the 3,000hr Massage Therapy Diploma program at WCCMT in Victoria in 2009. Sarai believes it is important to work with the patient and within their pain tolerance; she encourages clients to give feedback in regards to technique and pressure throughout the massage to ensure the client feels comfortable and in control of their treatment. She uses a variety of techniques, including myofascial trigger point release, active release, fascial work, deep tissue and PNF to release muscle tension and fascial restriction in order to decrease perceived pain, increase range of motion and address muscle imbalances. Early in her career, she trained at some of the city’s top spas and still enjoys practicing relaxation massage. Sarai has experience working with patients young and old and with a variety of abilities, injuries and illnesses, including chronic pain, muscle tension, neurological symptoms/nerve pain (including sciatica and pseudo-sciatica), TMJ disfunction, headaches/migraines, and myofascial pain syndrome. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2006, and went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

Jessica has been working as a manual therapist for 10 years in multidisciplinary healthcare clinics. Her treatment approach is hands on, spending one on one time with each client. Jessica uses a wide variety of manual therapy techniques (soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations/manipulations), IMS/Dry Needling, Cupping, Graston, Active release techniques, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, and rehab exercises designed to assist clients in achieving their goals.

Jessica recognizes each client as an individual, and approaches her assessments and treatments holistically. She likes to work collaboratively with her patients in order to optimize their treatment outcome.

Joan Lalor is a Physiotherapist who earned her degree in 1991 at the University of Alberta. She worked for a while in Florida, and settled in BC when returning to Canada. She has worked with Orthopaedics, Inpatients, Chronic Pain Management, Concussion/Vestibular, and Hand Therapy. Her treatments use muscle-energy style manual therapy, education, clinical exercises and acupuncture.
